HOW CAN YOU SAY YOU ABIDE IN CHRIST YET YOU REJECT HIS WORD

So many people have rejected the word of God and have turned to heresies and the commandments of men. Are they worshipping Christ or men ??? Jesus himself clearly says it is his word that sanctifies us and cleanses us from all sin, his word is the truth and light for us. So when you reject his word you have rejected him completely : John 15:3 [3]Now ye are clean through the word which I have spoken unto you. This scripture clearly says that it is the word of God that cleanses us from all sin. How will you know the will of God if you ignore the word of God and treat it as trash. It is the word of God that shows you your sin and what you need to do to repent and turn away from it. :John 17:17 [17]Sanctify them through thy truth: thy word is truth. The word of God is truth, when you cling to it and do what it says that is total deliverance for you. It is power that can break the power of sin. When Christ was tempted in the desert he spoke the word of God and Satan ran away from him(Luke 4:1-12). :Ephesians 6:17 [17]And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God The sword of the spirit is the word of God that our messiah used to defeat Satan. he never used fire or his own words but he used the word knowing that the word of God is powerful sharper than a double hedged sword. :John 14:23-24 [23]Jesus answered and said unto him, If a man love me, he will keep my words: and my Father will love him, and we will come unto him, and make our abode with him. [24]He that loveth me not keepeth not my sayings: and the word which ye hear is not mine, but the Father's which sent me. The only way we show that we love him is by obeying his word that he left us because the word he spoke came from his father and our father too. When we keep his word the presence of the father will always be with us :John 15:7 [7]If ye abide in me, and my words abide in you, ye shall ask what ye will, and it shall be done unto you. Christ say that we don't need only to abide in him but his word too has to abide in us then we can ask and receive from him, the next scripture confirms this :1 John 3:21-24 [21]Beloved, if our heart condemn us not, then have we confidence toward God. [22]And whatsoever we ask, we receive of him, because we keep his commandments, and do those things that are pleasing in his sight. [23]And this is his commandment, That we should believe on the name of his Son Jesus Christ, and love one another, as he gave us commandment. [24]And he that keepeth his commandments dwelleth in him, and he in him. And hereby we know that he abideth in us, by the Spirit which he hath given us. If we are to receive from the father when we pray, we have to keep his commandments and do those things that are pleasing to him. If we want to have have fellowship with the father we have to keep his commandments, the spirit of God only dwells where the word of God is received and guarded. That is why Christ called him the spirit of truth ( the spirit of the word) because he will never say anything contrary to the word of God. :2 Timothy 3:14-17 [14]But continue thou in the things which thou hast learned and hast been assured of, knowing of whom thou hast learned them; [15]And that from a child thou hast known the holy scriptures, which are able to make thee wise unto salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus. [16]All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: [17]That the man of God may be perfect, throughly furnished unto all good works. The holy scriptures are able to make us wise, they are all God breathed and useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness so that we may be equipped for every good work in Christ. :John 6:63 [63]It is the spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing: the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life. The word of God is spirit and it gives life to all who embrace it and walk by it. We are in an era where men have invented a lot of heresies and myths that are contrary to the word of God. Men have chosen to abandon the truth of God and come up with their own words and traditions. They have left to worship God in spirit and in truth and they have invented their own ways of worshipping him which is equally worshipping God in vain. They have left the teaching of Christ and the apostles and have wandered to wrong doctrines like; For you to recieve from God you have to give him seeds of 1000 dollars, that to receive from God you have to give him your money yet the gifts of God are free of charge. Churches are preaching a gospel that Christ and his apostles never preached, pastors have become money preachers, pulpits are full of how to become rich, sow for your car, sow for your house. If Christ never preached this gospel, then why is it being preached on the pulpits today. Church needs to go back to the word of God and preach Christ crucified, righteousness , the commandments of God and eternal life for those who believe. Jesus is our role model and his word is the compass for our direction. No servant is above his master so as he lived is the say way we should live not to be ashamed of how he lived. :1 John 2:6 [6]He that saith he abideth in him ought himself also so to walk, even as he walked. As Christ walked is the same way we should walk. He walked in spirit and truth. There is a very big difference today between what Christ preached and what is being preached on pulpits today, are we going to follow the gospel of Christ or man made teachings?? The way to overcome all garbage teachings is to stick to what is written in scripture and fix our eyes on Christ the author and the finisher of our faith, and we can know him fully if we let his word abide in us
